CHOOSE FROM THE MENU WHAT TOOL DIAMETER AND GRIT YOU ARE INTERESTED IN
A tool for dry processing of material. You will especially use it where it is not possible to use water (on construction sites, in the field, etc.)
High diamond concentration, segment height 2.0 mm.
A binder optimized primarily for processing granite, marble or exposed concrete
A higher quality class with an optimal "price/lifetime/quality" ratio
By using the entire procedure (30, 50, 100, 200, 400, 600, 800, 1500, 3000, BUFF) you will achieve perfect color and shine without the need for additional surface treatment (impregnation, color enhancer, polishing paste, etc.)
The use:
diameter 80 mm: For small manual grinders, suitable for polishing small surfaces, corners, radii and recesses. You will process places where you cannot reach with a larger diameter. Also suitable for detailed stone carving work
diameter 100 mm: The most used diameter in stonework. A suitable tool for ordinary stone-masonry machines, for processing external and internal arches. Excellent price / quality ratio
diameter 125,150,180 mm: Larger working surface of the tool = faster processing of the surface
Fastening: Velcro
Description of grain sizes:
#30 - rough processing of the material. In most cases, it is not necessary to start the procedure with this granularity
#50, #100, #200 - the "grinding" part of the process.
#400, #800 - With grit 400, the color of the material begins to form. #600 should only be used on dark materials (picks up the color nicely)
#1500, #3000, BUFF - Use these techniques to achieve a mirror finish on the surface of the stone
