Suitable for hard and soft jelly.
Diamond cutter + grinding wheel for dry work. Side diamond teeth are suitable for grinding / shaping of the stone. The dural flange M14 allows you to work with the entire surface of the disc - it does not protrude from the machine.

The AL flange can be dismantled and clamped into the machine as other 22.23mm centering discs (the most common disc holding hole)
